At Fovog Investment CC we believe to make the world a better place.

With the experience we have obtained through other companies as their employees for some periods time that we were all possessed managerial positions, we have been making our mark in both construction and construction industry. While times and technology have changed, what will never change is the way we work.We are happy to introduce our hardworking team members below.




CEO : Mikasiu Nghihalwa

Mr Mikasiu Nghihalwa who worked for Real Property Construction company, during his period as an employee he served as a project manager for the company, running estate agency programs and did some architectural designs with ArchiCAD19.

He is the Founder of Fovog Investment Cc and the Chief Executive Office (CEO) as well as a project manager and he has obtained a level 4 certificate (NQF) in construction engineering from Triumphant College of Namibia, a level 5 diploma in the same course as well as an advanced diploma level 6 (NQF) which is recognised as a Technician Engineer with the Engineering council of Namibia and he is in progress with registering.





Civil Engineer: Rodrick Hlolami


Mr Rodrick is the Civil Engineer of Fovog Investment CC. He is a registered graduate Civil engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers UK. He holds a bachelor of Engineering Honors (BEng) in Civil and Water Engineering. Mr Hlolami is responsible for Designing, preparation of Structural Drawings using AUTOCAD, ARCHCAD and REVIT. He also does the Preparation of Bending Schedules according to the BS4466 and Inspection of Structural Works as well as Carrying out Soil investigations.

He is also responsible for the Preparation of Engineer’s Estimates for all Structural Works. He also does Site visiting, making structural assessment and structural. surveys on client buildings and giving relevant recommendations. He is responsible for the Detailing and Drafting of structural members in reinforced concrete and Interpretation of Drawing Symbols and Structural abbreviation.




Project Manager: Lucas Mokaxwa


Mr Lucas is the project manager (civil/structural engineering) of Fovog Investment. He holds a N3 Certificate from Namibia Institution of Mining and Technology. He is a holder of a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the college of Cape Town. South Africa. He is responsible for coordinating civil/structural works. He also oversees production of drawings and construction supervision.





Executive Chairperson: Paulus Iduwa


Paulus Iduwa is the Executive Chairperson as well as the Consulting Engineer of Fovog Investment Cc. He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and project management from Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) is responsible for Designing, preparation of Structural Drawings using AUTOCAD, ARCHCAD and REVIT.

Managing Director: Paulus Angula


He is responsible for Executive, Technical and Business Development functions for Fovog Investment Cc. He ensures that contracts are delivered on time to the required standards within the budget, whilst maximizing client satisfactions.

Paulus holds an International Diploma in Construction (Civil Engineering) from City and Guilds of London Institute. He has gained an experience worked as a site agent and assistant project manager on various construction firm companies like Octagon Construction and more, he worked on road constructions as well as on building structures, make design supervisions and worked as a team coordinator.




Brick Layer: Laimo Shikufa


Mr Laimo Johannes Shikufa is an intelligently legend of Fovog investment who obtained a level 2 in brick laying, painting, carpentry and steel fabrication from Kayec Vocational, Windhoek. For 28 years he has been in the construction industry as a brick layer. Apart from that, he is also the elder of our team in considering his industry experience for the couple of time as well as leading the team as an elder. He is always happy to lead us and telling us the true definition of the construction industry by the mentioning of transparency, quality, time deliverance and dedication.

Mr Laimo worked on several projects countrywide both in rural as well as in the urban areas and still remains an intelligently legend of Fovog in terms of quality, transparency as well as time deliverance. Where ever we go and whatever we do, we remain the true definition of construction and what never change with us, is the way we do work regardless to land type.
